Across four different schools this past year, I kept seeing the same patterns:

- Teachers overwhelmed and under-supported
- Schools desperate for mentorship but unsure where to start
And the deeper I got into this work, the more obvious it became:
These boys don’t just need help. They need men.
They need presence, consistency, accountability, and love.
Not lectures.
Not punishments.
Not clichés.
They need intentional engagement.
