Let me be real with you.
I didn’t build JustINSPIRE just to sell merch or have my name on a hoodie. I built it because I got tired of watching young men — especially Black boys — get overlooked, misunderstood, and thrown away by systems that never truly saw them in the first place.
I’ve worked in schools. I’ve served in the military. I’ve mentored students from the block to the boardroom. And one thing I’ve learned is this: we can’t wait for somebody else to save us. We have to create the spaces, the support, and the structure ourselves.
That’s where JustINSPIRE was born.
From Passion to Purpose
JustINSPIRE Mentoring LLC started as a mentoring movement — just me and a vision to give young men the guidance, strategy, and presence I wish I had growing up.
But it’s grown into more than that.
It’s now a lifestyle brand.
A statement.
A standard for what being a man, a mentor, and a creator looks like.
We’re not just talking about mentoring in schools — we’re building chess clubs, teaching etiquette, hosting healing spaces, and launching content that pours into the culture. From our caps and sweaters to our coaching programs and podcast episodes, everything we create carries the same energy:

The Bigger Picture: JustINSPIRE Mentoring Foundation
What most people don’t see is this: the LLC is the engine — but the mission is the Foundation.
The JustINSPIRE Mentoring Foundation is my nonprofit arm, and it’s dedicated to delivering free and low-cost mentoring, coaching, and programming to boys and young men across Baltimore and beyond.
Every time someone buys a hat, books a session, donates, or supports our work — you’re helping cover:
- Mentoring sessions in schools
- Counseling for boys who can’t afford it
- Chess equipment and curriculum
- Community workshops and speaker series
- Support for fathers, uncles, and brothers who want to grow
This isn’t charity. This is restoration. This is what rebuilding our villages looks like — not in theory, but in practice.
