From lived experience, I know you can overcome anything with a good plan and real accountability.
Accountability is intentional. It’s not just someone pointing out your obvious flaws or skimming over basic steps. True accountability means getting down in the dirt with you, standing beside you, and emphatically helping you rise from the pit.
I’m not here to carry you. But I will not let you sit and rot in place, either. It’s a constant push and pull — and most people won’t do it. That’s exactly why I created JustINSPIRE Mentoring: to do what others won’t.
The Problem with Bad Information
One of the biggest reasons many of us struggle is that we take advice from people who are misinformed — and they pass along bad information. Honestly, that’s most people.
When I first started my business, I wanted to know how to become a vendor for school districts. I asked around — through frat connections, friends, “networking” circles — but no one could give me a clear, step-by-step answer.
So, like always, I had to put it together myself.
These should be simple layups, yet for too many of us they become massive hurdles because sharing information is treated like a burden. And that has to change.
The Difference Intentional Mentorship Makes
Imagine if I’d had someone who could — and would — show me exactly how to work with schools as a partner instead of just as an employee. How much time, money, and frustration could have been saved?
That’s the kind of guidance I offer through JustINSPIRE Mentoring. We aren’t about “checklist” mentorship or generic advice. We provide intentional, informed, and action-oriented support to help young men and community members actually move forward.
This is mentorship rooted in lived experience — built to provide the tools, knowledge, and connections I wish I’d had when I was navigating those same challenges.
Join the Mission
Right now, I’m fielding members for both the Mentor Advisory Board and the Youth Advisory Board.
- Mentor Advisory Board — Help guide programming, offer insight, and shape the vision for serving young men in meaningful ways.
- Youth Advisory Board — A leadership opportunity for young men to have a voice in program design, community initiatives, and the future of JustINSPIRE Mentoring.
If you believe in intentional mentorship — the kind that goes beyond talk and into real action — I want to connect with you.
Let’s build what’s missing together.
