I want to start with transparency — I’ve been absent, and I owe you an explanation.

The truth is, I’ve been dealing with a lot. Every day seems to bring a new, unforeseen challenge, and though I face each one head-on, there are moments when I fall short. But I’ve learned to make peace with that — because if I gave my best effort, then falling short is not failure. It’s growth.
This season has reminded me that people will often offer advice and criticism about situations they’ve never had to survive. Still, I continue to move forward — one step, one day, one purpose at a time — with JustINSPIRE Mentoring.
Gratitude and Forward Motion
I want to thank Mr. Alford and Mr. Cayne for their recent purchases. Those gestures of support mean more than you could ever imagine. Every purchase directly helps JustINSPIRE continue to operate, create opportunities, and uplift young men through mentorship.
The goal remains clear: to build a self-sustaining organization for boys becoming men — not just in name, but in spirit and impact.
I recently secured a new space to move this vision forward. Of course, life threw me some unexpected walls to climb immediately afterward — but I keep climbing. I do all this without a full-time job and with minimal external support. A few kind souls have stepped up here and there, and I thank God for them.

What We’ve Built and What’s Growing
Even in the midst of personal challenges, we’ve been working.
Through the Male Student Success Initiative (MSSI), we launched the Saturday Scholar Series — a two-hour study and support session designed to build consistency and accountability for our young men. Each session includes a short presentation focused on life skills and personal growth, followed by a hot breakfast, because nourishment of the body and mind go hand in hand.
We’ve also begun organizing a nonprofit foundation to expand our reach — to make JustINSPIRE’s programs, workshops, and mentorships more accessible and affordable for students and families. The goal is simple: to build something sustainable that empowers our young men long after the moment passes.
And through The Gentleman Scholar Project, we’ve continued producing and sharing interviews on YouTube, giving voice to students, educators, and community members who reflect the power of growth, resilience, and purpose. Each story we tell becomes part of the larger movement — showing that transformation is possible and happening every day.
Standing Tall Through Adversity
It’s been about a year since I unfairly and illegally lost my job. That loss could have broken me. Instead, it became fuel. I decided to keep my head up, stand tall as a man, and stand firm for JustINSPIRE.
My life right now is a living testament to what it means to face adversity with faith and grit — to keep showing up when the world says sit down. My struggle has never come from a lack of effort, only from a lack of opportunity and consistent support.
But it’s the effort, the heart, and the mission that keep me bound to this work — the belief that one day, JustINSPIRE will be a source of power, support, and elevation for many men who’ve been overlooked or underestimated.

To Those Who’ve Stood With Me
To those who have supported me so far — thank you. My absence was never from disinterest or neglect. I’ve just been spread thin, fighting battles behind the scenes that many will never see.

Regardless of how great the work is, sometimes the load is heavy. But I’ll continue to lift it, even if I have to carry it alone.
Because JustINSPIRE was never about convenience — it’s about commitment.
And I’m still committed.
With gratitude and perseverance,
