I want a shield for JustINSPIRE, we are a community, a shield is something we can stand behind. It protects us, it also represents us. Here is my current draft I am really considering it.
To start on the left, this was where I started I wanted to capture that vintage club house from like organization movement way back in the 1920s-30s, a real vintage feel if you will. This first Shield on the left features a Latin Phrase “Veritas et Sapientia” or “Truth and Wisdom” I was sold cause that speaks to what we are all about, sharing truth and growth through wisdom. This is a runner up for the Official Shield for JustINSPIRE Mentoring, I may clean the graphic up some, to match the logo more, but that is what I am looking for more or less.
Now the Shield to the right, called INSPIRE, sharing my motto. I am not sure what this is absolutely staying with us as well.

- Primary banner: “Izandla ziyagezana” (Hands wash each other) – beautifully expressing mutual support
- Secondary banner: “INSPIRE by lifting as we climb forward” – The mentoring mission statement
Design Philosophy:
This shield embodies core values of identity, heritage, and purpose. The rich color palette of deep blues, cream, and gold accents creates a sense of nobility and gravitas. The white tiger chasing the light serves as a powerful metaphor for the mentor’s role – guiding others toward enlightenment while continuously seeking knowledge themselves.
The Zulu phrase perfectly captures the reciprocal nature of mentoring – we grow by helping others grow. This shield will serve as a distinguished emblem for your mentoring company, communicating wisdom, tradition, and the noble calling to elevate your fellow man.
I really like these, I kinda want to incorporate both of them, potentially.
