Legacy Leaders Program
Legacy Leaders is a youth leadership development program focused on empowering middle and high school students to become agents of positive change in their schools and communities. Through mentorship, civic engagement projects, and skill-building workshops, participants learn about advocacy, public speaking, strategic planning, and service leadership.

Future Ready Fellows
Future Ready Fellows prepares youth for college, careers, and life through comprehensive college and career readiness workshops combined with real-world skill development. Fellows receive support in college applications, financial literacy, entrepreneurship basics, and professional etiquette, with built-in coaching to identify their pathways and purpose.

Gentlemen Scholars Social-Emotional Bootcamp
This intensive program focuses on developing young men’s emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and mental wellness practices. It integrates mindfulness, journaling, group therapy-style discussions, and mentorship to build strong self-awareness, resilience, and healthy masculinity.

The JustINSPIRE Media Productions Team is a dynamic program designed to empower mentees by teaching them storytelling, multimedia production, and digital literacy skills. Participants learn how to document, craft, and amplify the work of JustINSPIRE Mentoring while sharing their own stories to build confidence, purpose, and communication skills.
