About the Program

It Starts on the Inside

Most leadership programs teach young people how to stand in front of a room, how to give a speech, how to run a meeting.

The 6 Circles to Purpose Leadership Training does something different. It starts on the inside.

Built around a proprietary six-part developmental framework, this program takes participants through six essential areas of life — the dimensions that, when developed with intentionality, discipline, and purpose, allow a person to walk boldly in the life they were created for.

The framework is inspired by a profound idea: just as creation unfolded in six purposeful, sequential phases — each one building on what came before — the life of a leader unfolds across six essential circles. When all six are developed together, with intention and support, something remarkable happens. Boys become young men. Young men become leaders. Leaders become the kind of people who build legacies.

This is not a lecture-based training. It is a guided, mentoring-driven experience that challenges participants to reflect, grow, and build — one circle at a time.

The Proprietary Framework

The 6 Circles to Purpose™

Each circle represents an essential dimension of a purposeful life. Together, they form a complete blueprint for personal leadership development.

1
Health
HealthThe Foundation

“Before you build anything, you must build yourself.”

Health is the foundation of everything. When a young man’s body, mind, and emotions are out of balance, every other area of his life suffers. This circle focuses on creating stability, energy, and the kind of physical and mental wellness that makes purpose possible.

Focus Areas

Physical Fitness Mental Wellness Emotional Balance Nutrition Self-Discipline Self-Respect

Purpose Outcome: A grounded individual with the clarity, energy, and discipline to show up fully.

2
Travel & Exposure
Travel (Exposure)The Expansion

“You cannot pursue a future you’ve never seen.”

Travel in this framework isn’t just about geography — it’s about expansion. It’s about pushing beyond familiar surroundings and exposing young people to careers, cultures, environments, and possibilities that expand what they believe is achievable for themselves.

Focus Areas

New Experiences Career Exploration Cultural Exposure Vision Expansion Curiosity Openness

Purpose Outcome: A person whose thinking is expanded enough to dream bigger — and pursue it.

3
Career & Calling
Career (Calling & Direction)The Purpose Expression

“Purpose expresses itself through meaningful work.”

This circle is about building direction and contribution. It connects the inner work of identity to the outer work of vocation — helping participants understand not just what they want to do, but why it matters and how to pursue it with discipline and intention.

Focus Areas

Career Discovery Skills Development Purpose Alignment Entrepreneurship Work Ethic Academic Achievement

Purpose Outcome: A person who understands where they are going — and why.

4
Finances & Stewardship
Finances (Stewardship & Discipline)The Foundation for Vision

“A man cannot walk in purpose while bound by financial chaos.”

Financial clarity is not a luxury — it is a prerequisite for purpose. This circle introduces the structure, discipline, and stewardship principles that allow a person to build and sustain the life they envision.

Focus Areas

Budgeting Saving Investing Delayed Gratification Credit & Financial Literacy Generational Wealth

Purpose Outcome: A person with the discipline and resources to support their vision — not just today, but long-term.

5
Relationships & Brotherhood
Relationships (Community & Brotherhood)The Connection

“We were created for connection.”

No one builds a life alone. This circle focuses on the quality and intentionality of connections — friendships, mentorship, family, community, and leadership — and challenges participants to think carefully about who they are building with and how they are showing up in those relationships.

Focus Areas

Healthy Friendships Mentorship Communication Skills Networking Leadership & Influence Brotherhood

Purpose Outcome: A person who builds and maintains healthy, life-giving connections that support long-term growth.

6
Spirituality & Identity
Spirituality (Identity & Meaning)The Deepest Circle

“Purpose comes from the Creator.”

The deepest circle. This is where identity, meaning, and calling converge. Regardless of faith background, this circle invites participants to do the inner work of understanding who they are, what they value, and what they were put on this earth to do.

Focus Areas

Prayer & Meditation Values & Character Sense of Calling Faith Practices Purpose & Destiny Inner Alignment

Purpose Outcome: A person grounded in who they are — and secure enough in that identity to lead others.

The 7th Day: Reflection

Rest · Review · Realign

Although not a circle, the 7th Day is the glue that holds the entire framework together. Each week, participants are guided through a rhythm of review — looking back at progress, reflecting on wins and lessons, resetting goals, and reconnecting with purpose. This weekly practice of intentional reflection is where the framework comes to life — and where real transformation takes root.

Who This Is For

Built for Youth. Relevant at Every Stage.

Middle and high school students, particularly those in leadership roles or programs.

Emerging leaders at the high school or college level ready for deeper development work.

Youth programs and organizations seeking structured, developmental leadership programming.

Young men navigating identity, direction, and purpose — and anyone who works with them.

School administrators, student leadership program coordinators, and nonprofits.

Adults who want to do the 6 Circles work themselves — the framework applies at any stage.

The Problem We Solve

Leadership Experience Without Leadership Identity

Many young people have real leadership potential — but they have never been given a framework that takes their development seriously.

They have leadership experience — captain of a team, class officer, group leader — without leadership identity. They know how to perform leadership without knowing how to live it. They have been inspired but not equipped.

At the same time, they are navigating foundational questions — Who am I? Where am I going? What do I do with what I’ve been given? — often without structured support or someone who believes they can find real answers.

The 6 Circles to Purpose Leadership Training was built to answer those questions — not with motivation, but with a roadmap.

Why JustINSPIRE

Forged Through Lived Experience

Justin Tucker, Purpose Development Professor & Founder of JustINSPIRE

The 6 Circles to Purpose™ framework wasn’t designed in a conference room. It was forged through lived experience.

Justin Tucker — Purpose Development Professor, Army veteran, and founder of JustINSPIRE Mentoring — built this framework out of a personal need he recognized in himself and in every young man he has worked with over the past eight-plus years: the need for a blueprint.

A blueprint that goes beyond surface-level leadership training. A structure that takes every dimension of a person’s life seriously. A framework that is honest about the fact that you cannot lead others well until you have done the internal work on yourself.

The 6 Circles to Purpose is that framework. And Justin doesn’t just teach it — he lives it.

“Purpose isn’t random — it’s built. Just like God created the world in 6 intentional days, our lives also require structure, exposure, discipline, and vision.”
— Justin H. Tucker, Purpose Development Professor

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly are the 6 Circles?

The 6 Circles to Purpose™ are: Health, Travel (Exposure), Career (Calling & Direction), Finances (Stewardship & Discipline), Relationships (Community & Brotherhood), and Spirituality (Identity & Meaning). Together, they represent the six essential dimensions of a purposeful life.

Is this program faith-based?

The framework is spiritually grounded and draws on biblical inspiration in its structure, but the program is designed to be relevant and accessible to participants across faith backgrounds. The focus is on identity, values, purpose, and character — not on any specific religious doctrine.

Can adults participate, or is it only for youth?

The framework is relevant at any stage of development. While the primary program audience is youth and emerging leaders, the 6 Circles to Purpose applies equally to adults doing their own development work. Contact us to discuss adult formats.

Is there a product or take-home component?

Participants can be introduced to the 6 Circles to Purpose Agenda Book — a guided planning and journaling tool designed to extend the framework into daily and weekly practice. Contact us for details.

How is this different from other leadership programs?

Most leadership programs focus on external skills — how to lead others, how to give speeches, how to run a team. The 6 Circles starts on the inside: identity, health, values, and purpose. External leadership capacity grows as a result of internal development — not as a substitute for it.
